1. Services
JVJ Junk Removal provides junk hauling, furniture and appliance removal, and cleanout services across Long Island, NY. By booking with us you agree to these terms.
2. Quotes & pricing
Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on-site once our crew can see the actual volume, weight, access, and contents. You will be told the final price before we begin work.
3. Scheduling
We aim for same-day or next-day service but cannot guarantee a specific arrival window. Weather, traffic, and prior jobs may shift timing. We will keep you updated.
4. What we will not haul
We do not remove hazardous materials including but not limited to: paint, solvents, asbestos, medical waste, ammunition, or items prohibited by law. If hazardous items are found, we may decline that portion of the job.
5. Property access & condition
You confirm you are the owner of the items or are authorized to dispose of them. Once items are loaded onto our truck they become our property and cannot be returned. We take care to protect floors, walls, and doorways but are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear from removing large items.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of booking.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule any time before our crew is dispatched at no charge. Cancellations after the crew arrives on-site may incur a trip fee.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific job. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
